I found my experience with HCL and most of all that of Dr Laura Akins to be most rewarding with helping me quit after 40 plus years of smoking. I tried most everything prior to this treatment hypnosis, acupuncture, patches this has given me the greatest results you just have to believe in yourself and use the mental tools Dr Akins provides you with. It's not easy, but damn does it make the process of quitting a "great deal" less stressful. Nothing worth accomplishing is without effort.
