I tried most everything prior to this treatment hypnosis, acupuncture, patches this has given me the greatest results you just have to believe in yourself and use the mental tools Dr Akins provides you with. It's not easy, but damn does it make the process of quitting a "great deal" less stressful. Nothing worth accomplishing is without effort.
